On the evening of May 21, a 6.4-magnitude earthquake hit Yangbi, Dali, Yunnan, and was accompanied by several aftershocks. Faced with the sudden earthquake disaster, Foton Motor customers from many places in Yunnan took the initiative to participate in the transportation of disaster relief goods and materials, ensuring the supply of disaster relief goods and materials and people's livelihood goods and materials in the disaster areas at the first time.

It is not the first time that Mr. Wang “goes for help with his truck". When the pandemic broke out in 2020, Mr. Wang was transporting vegetables along the Yunnan-Guiyang expressway. Owing to lockdown of the city for the pandemic, Mr. Wang didn't get off the expressway for more than a month. However, instead of complaining, he used his transportation advantage to drive to Guiyang, Ruili, Kunming and other places to help transport eggs, vegetables, fruits and other necessities, protecting people's livelihood. For more than a month, Mr. Wang ate and lived at the expressway. His life was very tough. However, when talking about that period of time, Mr. Wang was still very proud. "Although all the goods and materials that I carried were not pandemic goods and materials, I also sent life support to the local residents,” he said, “I still feel very proud in my heart!"

The green channel is extremely demanding on timeliness. The customer said that he had signed a transportation contract with the goods owner. If this truck of green Chinese onions is broken, not only the freight will not be compensated, but also he will pay over CNY 40,000.

" After learning the situation, workers of Heze Junteng Service Station quickly made a response. They preliminarily determined the fault points according to the customer’s description. Rescuers took the accessories and tools required, and then drove to the scene for rescue.

At that time, it was raining heavily outside the house. Under the condition of ensuring safety, rescuers rushed to the scene as fast as possible. It took less than an hour for a distance of more than 40 kilometers.

After arriving at the scene, rescuers immediately started maintenance. Because the fault points have been preliminarily grasped, the faults were eliminated in 20 minutes. They won time for the user, ensured the transportation timeliness and saved the loss of nearly CNY 40,000.
